The problem of evil refers to the theological and philosophical issue of the "existence" of evil (immorality, suffering, etc) and how it is compatible with a world created by an all-powerful and all-loving creator. "Existence" is in quotations because I do not believe evil technically "exists" in the sense that I believe to be a lack of goodness. This problem of evil was an issue stated by Empicurus, even before Christianity.

For one thing, let me begin by referring to the moral argument asking you a question- do you believe that morality is objective, or subjective? Do not roll your eyes at this question, because actually,
God's GraceGod hears all
The thoughts you want no one to hear
The nonsense prayers of a volleyball game
The prayers of fear
The impossible prayers
The selfish prayers

To say you walk alone in this world
Is to let God's hand go
And battle the challenges of the world
As a person
A grain of rice
In a heaping pile

Life gets hard
We become hopeless
Faithless
And helpless
People judge us on our looks
Our money
Our status
They fall under temptations
But you have to stay strong

We must walk hand in hand with God
Admitting failure
Accepting loss that seems unfathomable
Interlacing fingers with Him
And walking into a war zone
Knowing
Contemporary ChristianWhat a price was paid for your life
You wash yourself in compromise
You mockery of Christ!
You mock Him with your life

You sing "hallelujah" and like Christian Facebook posts
and think it shows you love the Lord of Hosts
Then go and hate and swear and curse
You hate the God who loved you first

You claim to subscribe to the Gospel
You get emotional and make it sound heartfelt
Yet your prayers are rampant with selfishness
No love of God or holiness

All you care about is your emotions!
You give no mind for the God who made the oceans
Oh unless you need something, then He's good enough
You even pray for Him to help you attain your

so does the soul...

Wrath...
Unconditional hatred,
a sense of justice,
corrupted by indignation...

Envy...
Continual begrudging,
your own lack of good will,
is a grievous adversary...

Pride...
Deluded superiority,
putting yourself first,
at the expense of others...
